1. Affective Development
Goal: To make every MGS girl feel special and welcome in MGS in order that she finds a sense of belonging to the school community.

2. Intellectual Development/ Career Guidance
Goal: To equip every MGS girl with life skills such as Study Skills, Time Management, Stress Management, understanding their Learning & Cognitive Styles, extending learning outside the classroom as well as making wise decisions in choosing their educational pathways beyond MGS.

Goal: To imbue sound values in every MGS girl and provide the Christian environment that she may know God and grow in His wisdom, stature and favour with God and man.”
