You may collect your School Graduation Certificate from the General Office from now till Friday, 25 July 2008. The School Graduation Certificate consists of 4 sections.

2. 'O' level results

3.  CCA records

4.  Testimonial

Please come personally or authorise an adult by filling up the 'Letter of Authorisation' form attached. You may also download the form from the school website.

Please note that request for amendments must be made not later than Wednesday, 30 July 2008.
