You will provide technical support to facilitate daily morning assembly, school events and functions by external clients.
You will assist to facilitate the opening and closing of school facility, responsible in maintaining of these facilities.
You will perform standby duty for any breakdowns during or after office hours and attends to them immediately.
You will carry out all maintenance servicing of equipment within the school premises.
You will assist to monitor servicing term contractors for periodic maintenance works.
You will assist to monitor and follow-up on any defects during DLP upon completion of renovation or upgrading works.
You must be prepared to take up any additional assignment given by the E & F manager.
Requirements:
* ITE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
* A good team player with initiative and commitment.
* Successful candidate may be required to work extra hours for school functions or events.
You will report to the Head of Department and be involved in the reagents and specimen preparation. You will also maintain the laboratory equipment and provide service to Teachers and Students.
Requirements:
* ITE/Diploma in Life Sciences
* At least 1 year’s experience in laboratory work
* A good team player with initiative and is responsible
You will assist the Administration Manager in procurement, processing of purchase requisitions,
requests for quotations and procurements through tender, ensuring that these comply with procurement policies.
You will manage a wide spectrum of administrative duties which include, office equipment & supplies,
inventory management and meeting rooms management.
You will oversee the operations of printing services in the school.
Requirements:
* All candidates should possess minimum of GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of administrative experience.
* Candidates should proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
* A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
